Notice of Fee Schedule Change

Public Act 99-0859 adds $9 e-Filing Fee to Civil Case Types

Beginning September 19th, the Illinois Legislature will begin collecting a $9 "e-Filing Fee" in every civil case at the initial filing by both the Plaintiff (e.g., a Complaint or Petition) and Defendant (e.g., Answer).  The additional fee is remitted in full to the Illinois Supreme Court Special Purposes Fund.
