Remote appearances are allowed without prior approval from the court in all cases except for trials or any evidentiary proceedings, pleas, and/or when seeking the assistance of a public defender.
Remote appearances are not allowed if you need to submit any documents to the court or if you have been previously ordered to appear in person by the Court.
Remote appearances are encouraged if you are ill and contagious.
