Kielian Appointed Public Defender

Gerald G. Kielian has been appointed Public Defender of Will County following the retirement of Frank Estrella, effective January 31, 2016. Mr. Kielian will assume office on February 1.

Administrative Order # 15-34, filed today, made the appointment, undersigned by Chief Judge Richard C. Schoenstedt and each of the circuit judges.
