IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Honorable Raymond E. Rossi be and he is hereby designated Acting Chief Judge from 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 through and including 8:00 a.m. on Monday, February 15, 2016 inclusive, with no limitation on the exercise of the powers and authority of the Chief Judge of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit.
